Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chibi Style! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist. Please review our policy below for details on our return and refund process.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and include all tags.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

  1. Visit our Return Page and complete the Return & Refund Request Form.
  2. Provide your receipt or order number to help us verify your purchase.
  3. A detailed description of the issue.
  4. A high-quality photo or video clearly showing the problem (for returns on  damaged or defective items).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

To request a replacement item:

Follow the return process above and complete the Return & Refund Request Form. Once the issue is verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional charge.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to use our  return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged items, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no cost.

Examples of defects include:

  • Misprints (on our end).
  • Faded prints.
  • Stains on arrival.
  • Peeling flex.
  • Holes in the product.

 

 Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at customersupport@chibistyle.com., and we will assist in resolving the matter.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
